My Campaign for Grimsby Ward 3

Most campaigns follow a familiar formula: signs on lawns, doors knocked, names repeated.

I am taking a different approach.

I am not using lawn signs. Recycling matters, but the better environmental choice is to avoid creating unnecessary waste in the first place. That feels especially important when downtown businesses in Grimsby have lost municipal recycling service.

I am also not going door to door. People are busy, many value their privacy, and some have already decided who they support. I respect that.

What has encouraged me most is that people are already reaching out. They are emailing, calling, messaging, and stopping me to talk about traffic, parking, development, spending, and issues at Town Hall.

That is where I want to spend my time: listening carefully, looking into the issue, and seeing whether there is a practical way to help move it forward.

A campaign should give people a sense of how you intend to serve.

That is the campaign I want to run.

And more importantly, that is the councillor I intend to be.
